Sunday, 7/15/12 Live Report

Posted on 15 July 2012 by Lou Russo

I am going to update this page as the day goes on. We completely changed up the area today, and are fishing a spot that we haven’t fished in a few weeks. The fishing has been very good so far with a good number fluke being caught, and some keepers as well. Steve Kerry put 4 keepers in his cooler on the first drift using his Spro/Black Gulp combo. We are running up to make a second drift. I’ll post an update after.

We lost the current and are having a hard time covering ground. We are going to  make a move onto the Knoll and see if we can get some movement.

Once the tide changed the bite ended. We tried a number of different locations, but we would only catch a few on each one. Steve Kerry was once again the Flukestar of the day with 4 keepers including a 5 pound pool fish.

Not Photoshopped! We hid Ian behind him.

July Flukemaster Pool – The pot is now up to $520! Anthony “Barker” Rullo is in the lead with a 6 lb 8 oz fluke.
